_Stack T: Designed for Higher Performance in Less Space


Stack T is the result of a major redesign of Enapter’s AEM stack architecture. Building on over 2.5 million hours of operational data and ten generations of field-tested electrolyzers, this new stack delivers more than ten times the hydrogen output of its predecessor, while requiring 40% less volume. It produces over 10 kilograms of hydrogen per day and operates at pressures up to 35 barg, with a specific energy consumption of approximately 48 kWh/kg H2 at beginning of life. 

Engineered for integration into larger systems, Stack T introduces improved current distribution, enhanced fluid dynamics, and state-of-the-art materials for greater durability and performance. Its increased power density – over 64% higher than previous models – allows for compact system designs without compromising on output. Stack T is automation-ready and maintains the modularity Enapter is known for, making it a versatile building block for industrial hydrogen solutions.

_AEM Nexus 2500: Scalable Hydrogen Production at Industrial Scale


The AEM Nexus 2500 is a multi-core electrolyzer system that delivers up to 500 normal cubic meters of hydrogen per hour — equivalent to 44.9 kilograms per hour — within a single 40-foot container. It is powered by 102 Stack T units operating in parallel, all integrated into a shared balance of plant that includes rectifiers, safety systems, thermal management, and an electrolyte loop.

At full capacity, the Nexus 2500 consumes 2.305 kW and achieves an efficiency of 51.3 kWh/kg of hydrogen. The system supports operational flexibility between 1% and 100% of nominal load, allowing it to respond rapidly to fluctuating renewable energy input. Designed for automated, AI-optimized operation, the Nexus 2500 minimizes maintenance requirements and enables seamless integration into industrial processes that demand high uptime and high hydrogen purity.

The system produces hydrogen at 99.95% purity by default, with the option to reach 99.999% using an integrated dryer. It also features short startup times — less than 3 minutes when hot — and is available in standard or marine-grade configurations to suit a wide range of deployment environments.
