_AEM Flex 120

The AEM Flex 120 is a skid-mounted, 120 kW-class electrolyzer for decentralized green hydrogen. Five 25 kW AEM Stacks work on one shared balance of plant, so a single stack can be serviced while the other four keep producing.

It delivers up to 24.1 Nm³/h (2.16 kg/h) of hydrogen at 51.3 kWh/kgH₂ system efficiency, and its 12 to 100% operating range is built to follow variable solar and wind rather than a fixed load.

Modular stack architecture

The system is built from five identical 25 kW AEM Stacks. Each stack is monitored independently and can be isolated for maintenance while the remaining stacks continue producing hydrogen.
